Had a comfortable stay with a clean atmosphere and cozy setup. However, the breakfast was very basic and could use variety. Would I return? Maybe, but with caution.

Thin walls allow for every sound from neighboring rooms. The staff should consider better insulation methods!!! Bathrooms need better maintenance. broken fixtures detract from the experience!!!

The location was fantastic, with easy access to local casinos and karaoke bars. The room was comfortable and contained a kitchenette that was perfect for making late-night snacks after a fun night out. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant.

Unfortunately, the breakfast options were extremely limited and left much to be desired.

Upon arrival, we found a used towel hanging on the bathroom door and a greasy puddle on the floor, which was quite unsettling. The pull-out bed was in poor condition—stained and lacking fresh linens. Although the price was reasonable for the area, the discomfort overshadowed any potential positives during our stay.

The kitchenette in my Deluxe Studio made it super easy to prepare my own meals during my stay. I really appreciated the space to relax, especially with the comfortable bed. The pool area looked inviting, adding a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. On the downside, I noticed some cleanliness issues. The towels felt old and scratchy. The breakfast options were quite basic, mostly just grab-and-go items like muffins and coffee, lacking variety. While I enjoyed the room setup, maintenance could use some improvement too, as the restroom door was hard to open. I expected a bit more from my stay, especially for the price.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and a kitchenette. I remember how the staff quickly helped me with my room issue late at night. I recommend it for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Extended Stay America Suites, Phoenix, Scottsdale. The Deluxe Studio with 2 Queen Beds was perfect for our family. The kitchenette made it easy to prepare snacks for the kids, and the layout provided enough space for everyone to relax. The staff were polite and helpful during our stay.

Parking spaces were limited during peak hours.
